“The next Eurocarne will be held in 2017, in two years’ time, and thereafter will resume its traditional triennial scheduling”, said Giovanni Mantovani, CEO & Director General of Veronafiere. “The objective is to strengthen even further the main pillars sustaining the new approach: focus on industrial processing and preservation technologies and expansion to encompass the rest of the sector, from breeding centres to sales counters, with greater emphasis on the international character of the show. Not to mention space reserved for guided tastings, show cooking and specialized conferences”.
