When to apply

Apply by July 15th 2011, enjoy special promotional rates and gain priority in stand allocation.
Booking a stand will still be possible after July 15th 2011, subject to space availability.

How to apply online

• If you exhibited at Eurocarne 2009, you will shortly receive a letter by mail providing your login and password to access the online application page.
  If you haven't received this information yet please request it now at:
  info@eurocarne.it
  
  Your application will be complete in just three clicks:
  
  • Fill in the Application Form and the Catalogue Form including your area request, your company name and the name you wish to be listed as in the exhibition catalogue: the system will automatically calculate the cost of your attendance and the advance payment. Please read carefully the General Rules and Regulations and the Privacy Regulation: by applying you accept and agree to fully comply with all terms and conditions.
  • Make the required advance payment with your credit card or indicate that you will pay by bank transfer. PLEASE NOTE THAT all application requests will be processed only if the related advance payment has been made. Moreover the date of this payment will be used also to define eventual application of special promotional rates!
  • Press "CONFIRM": you will immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your application request has been completed successfully. Over the next few days you will also receive a PDF document summing up everything you requested. Please print it, sign it and send it along with proof of payment (if you haven't used your credit card) to:

• If you haven't exhibited at Eurocarne 2009, fill in the pre-registration form, including your personal data, the requested company information and type of business.
  If your request is accepted, you will receive your login and password along with the information you need to fill in the Application Form.
